The three SKUs

RN / 1.2

Reviewer Notes Package

$300

A demo account, screen recording, and written notes mapping each Guideline 1.2 control to the exact place in your app where it's addressed. What App Review will see, before they see it.

PRIV

Privacy Manifest Triage

$500–900

ITMS-91053 / 91056 / 91061 resolution. App-target PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy written, SDK dependency audit, App Store Connect privacy nutrition labels corrected. Fixed fee, scoped to the manifest.

1.2 / IMPL

Guideline 1.2 Implementation

$2,000–3,500

The full UGC moderation stack, installed and shipped: report flow on every UGC surface, block-user, content filtering (OpenAI moderation + obscenity), 24-hour response pipeline, EULA acceptance gate. Drop-in for React Native and SwiftUI apps.

Flat fee on every engagement. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers.

What's included in the 1.2 implementation

  • Report action wired to a real queue (not a console.log stub)
  • Block-user flow with persistence
  • Content filtering at submission time
  • 24-hour response runbook, written down so it survives handoff
  • EULA acceptance gate + instructions for the custom-EULA field in App Store Connect
  • Resubmission support until the app clears review

The guarantee

If your app doesn't clear App Review on resubmission for the Guideline 1.2 work in scope, the implementation fee is refunded. The 1.2 requirement list is fixed and public, so this is a bet I can safely make.

The guarantee applies to the 1.2 Implementation SKU only. The Reviewer Notes and Privacy Manifest SKUs are diagnostic — paid for the analysis, not the outcome.

Proof of work

What this is not

Cerminara Consulting doesn't draft EULAs, privacy policies, or terms of service. Clients generate those through TermsFeed or iubenda; the engagement covers wiring the gates and configuring App Store Connect. Stated explicitly in writing on every engagement.

Cerminara Consulting is not a law firm. Compliance work here means engineering the controls App Store Review requires, not legal advice on underlying policy.
