How we handle information collected through this website.

Cerminara Consulting LLC ("Cerminara Consulting," "we," or "us") is a single-member limited liability company organized in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect through cerminaraconsulting.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can ask us to delete it.

We collect the minimum needed to respond to business inquiries. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of site visitors.

This policy covers information collected through this website only.

Information we receive in the course of a client engagement — including any personal data belonging to a client's employees, customers, or systems — is governed by the applicable consulting agreement, statement of work, or data processing agreement between Cerminara Consulting and that client, not by this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about a possible engagement.

If you schedule a call, Google Calendar appointment schedules collects the information needed to book it, including your name, email address, and selected time. Google Calendar is provided by Google LLC; bookings are governed by Google's privacy policy.

We do not require you to create an account, and this site has no login.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical data when your browser requests a page, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our hosting and security provider may set cookies strictly necessary to deliver and protect the site. Our form provider may use Google reCAPTCHA to screen contact form submissions for automated abuse; where reCAPTCHA runs, it sets cookies and sends technical data to Google, governed by Google's privacy policy.

Service providers

We use the following providers to operate this site. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms:

• Formspree — receives, filters, and stores contact form submissions and notifies us by email. Submissions are stored in our Formspree account, accessible only to the company's sole member. Formspree may use Google reCAPTCHA to screen submissions for automated abuse.Formspree's privacy terms.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this site, provides edge caching and security filtering.Cloudflare's privacy terms.
• Google Workspace — hosts our business email, where contact form notifications arrive.Google's privacy terms.
• Google Calendar appointment schedules — handles call scheduling when a visitor books a fit call.Google's privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them, unless the inquiry becomes a client engagement — in which case the applicable engagement agreement governs retention.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us by emailingprivacy@cerminaraconsulting.com. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking will not affect any current or future engagement.

You can also stop transmitting information to us at any time by not submitting the form.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. We limit access to inquiry data to the company's sole member. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe an inquiry you sent us has been exposed, contact us atprivacy@cerminaraconsulting.com.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle information — for example, by adding analytics — we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
