Cerminara Consulting is a one-person practice run by John Cerminara. Every engagement is direct: the person who reads the rule is the person who writes the user story and ships the implementation. No account managers, no junior staff, no hand-offs.

I work with small teams whose software has outgrown off-the-shelf tools. That usually means a CRM that doesn't fit the workflow, an integration that someone threw together, or a compliance gap that needs a real fix, not a memo. Most engagements start with a defined problem and end with a defined deliverable — a gap analysis, a set of implementation-ready requirements, a working integration, or a complete small application.

The work is scoped, not retained. You see the plan before any code is written, and the deliverable is what you actually needed. When the engagement calls for code, I write it. When it calls for analysis, I write that. When it calls for a system that has to hold up over time, I build it to hold up over time.
